What is required for booking?
- Personal information

The easiest way to do this is online: just select a model from the Prices page or if you know them, choose your pickup/drop-off times to the left under "Get a Quote", and you're well on your way. No big deal if you don't have all the other details like passport and driver license. You can provide those when you pick up the car.
How current are your rates?
We strive to have the most current rates posted to help you avoid unpleasant surprises at booking time. Even so, if you would like to ensure having the latest quote please call our office or send us an email.
What do I need when picking up my car?
- Credit card — Full payment is due at the time of rental in the form of cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A valid credit card is required even if paying with cash.
- Driver license / Passport — All drivers must present their passport and driver license.
When do I pay for my rental?
Payment is due at the latest at car pickup time. You can make a booking online or over the phone without revealing your credit card details, but when you pick up the car we will need your card.
What about additional drivers?
Second driver is free, and additional drivers at 1 € / day. All drivers must show their license and passport, which will add them to the coverage provided by the rental contract.
Do you offer taxi or transfer service?
Since our service is geared towards low-cost car hire, we recommend a trusted partner for your taxi and transfer needs, MalagaTaxi.co.uk. They offer classy, brand-new cars and multilingual drivers for simple transfers and more specialised needs such as wedding chauffeur service, golf outings, day excursions, parties and more. They won't charge you an arm and a leg either -- you'll find their rates to be very reasonable, otherwise we wouldn't recommend them!
